The kids Reima shorts Palmu are designed for active kids who love playing outside. The breathable and lightweight material keeps kids comfortable while the UV protection factor 50+ allows for more fun in the sun. These knee-length shorts feature an elastic waist with drawstring for easy adjusting, side pockets to store small items, and a patch pocket in the back. The inner mesh liner prevents chafing and dries quickly. Your kids will stay cool and protected all summer long in these shorts. Please note: When the fabric is wet or stretched, the protection might decrease. For safe play in the sun, kids should always use a hat and sunglasses and have their bare skin areas protected with sunscreen lotion.

The high UV protection is based on a safe finishing treatment

UV protection factor 50+ is tested according to the standard EN 13758-1 +A1. The product only protects the skin under it. The UV protection may suffer if the product is very tight, or if the fabric is stretched or wet. Also wear & tear, pool chemicals and saltwater may with time impair the protection.

Wash with similar colors, inside out. Delicate machine wash at warm (40 °C). The use of a washing bag is recommended. Do not use detergents with bleaching agents. Do not use fabric softener. Dry in the shade, dry away from the sun. Rinse with fresh water after use.
