Return Policy

At jesperjunior.fi, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. That’s why you always have a 14-day right of return. The only condition is that the product must be returned in its original condition, i.e. unused, with all tags and labels attached. Please include the original packaging and brand labels.

If you have received the wrong item, or have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service team at asiakaspalvelu@jesperjunior.fi to speed up the process.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and tights cannot be returned.


How to Return a Product

Step 1: Packaging

When returning items, please use the same packaging the products arrived in, if possible. Include the return form that came with your shipment and fill it in carefully.

Step 2: Shipping

Returns within Finland

If your order was delivered by Posti:

Use the return label included in the package.

If no return label was included, send the return to the following address:

Drop off the package at your nearest Posti service point. Request a receipt for the return and keep it until you receive your refund.

If your order was delivered via Matkahuolto:

Return the package in its original packaging.

Write the following details on the shipment:

Drop the package off at your nearest Matkahuolto service point. Request a receipt for the return and keep it until the refund is processed.

Jesper Junior covers the return shipping costs for returns and complaints. However, please note that as the customer, you are financially responsible for ensuring the return reaches us.

Free returns are only possible via full-service Posti and Matkahuolto service points.


Returning Online Orders to Jesper Junior Stores

You can also return your online order to any Jesper Junior retail store. Please bring the packing slip with your return.

Once the return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Refunds are not issued at the store checkout counters.

You can also exchange products in-store, provided the desired item and size are available.






International Orders

Returns for orders shipped outside Finland are not free of charge. The return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Refunds for Returned Products

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund will always be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

If you purchased products as part of a bundle offer, such as “Buy 3, Pay for 2,” and choose to return one or more items, the discount will no longer apply. You will then pay the full price for the items you keep.



Complaints & Faulty Items

We guarantee that all items leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

If, for any reason, you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after delivery.

We will cover all return or replacement shipping costs in the case of a defect or shipping error.

In complaint cases, the product may be inspected and, in some cases, sent to the importer for further evaluation.
