Delivery Methods
Within Finland, the Jesper Junior online store ships orders via Posti or Matkahuolto, depending on the customer's choice. If a product is damaged or lost during transit, FAOR Oy is liable. You must report the issue to our customer service within 14 days. If the product is damaged or lost while you are returning it to us, you are responsible for the cost.
If Posti is chosen as the delivery method, orders will be delivered directly to the delivery address if they fit in the mailbox. Otherwise, they will be delivered to the nearest Posti service point. You will receive a notification when your package is available for pickup. Posti stores packages for 14 days before returning them to us. We reserve the right to close your customer account if you fail to pick up more than three orders.
If Matkahuolto is chosen, your order will be delivered to the Matkahuolto or Posti service point of your choice. You will receive a text message or email as soon as the order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time via Posti is 2–7 business days and via Matkahuolto is 1–7 business days. Delivery times may be longer during campaigns, high seasons, or peak periods, so we kindly ask for your patience. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after placing your order, please contact us. Common issues include typos in the email address provided, our email being filtered into spam, or a temporarily full email inbox.
We reserve the right to sell out products, extend delivery times, and correct potential pricing errors. Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your order or have any questions.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method. Orders over €90 are shipped free of charge to orders within Finland.
Delivery Area
We deliver to nearly all countries worldwide.
For orders to the Åland Islands: The Åland Islands are outside Finland's VAT area. Customers must pay VAT to the Åland customs. To avoid double VAT charges, we sell products delivered to the Åland Islands VAT-free.
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email containing the details of your order. Please check the order confirmation to ensure all details are correct. If you are unsure about anything, contact our customer service immediately at asiakaspalvelu@jesperjunior.fi. Save your order confirmation, as you will need it when contacting customer service. Providing your customer and order number makes assistance faster and easier.
Invoice
When you select an invoice as the payment method, you receive the ordered products before payment. You can also divide the purchase into smaller installments after receiving the invoice. You must pay at least the minimum amount stated on the invoice by the due date. A €5 late payment fee will be charged for overdue payments. A credit decision, which may include checking your address and credit information, is made at the time of purchase. Avarda acts as the credit provider. If your application is not approved, you can choose another payment method. Campaign terms, such as a credit setup fee, interest-free or cost-free payment time, or other specific campaign conditions, apply if the buyer selects them at the time of purchase. Account
You can also divide your purchases into smaller installments over an extended payment period. You will receive a monthly account statement detailing the minimum required payment. You can also pay larger amounts or the entire balance at any time without additional charges. Online Payment
Online payments are available for customers of OP, Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, POP Pankki, and Oma Säästöpankki. Payments are processed on the bank's website, and upon successful completion, the session returns automatically to our online store.
Card Payment
Card payments are accepted for Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard. Payments are securely processed through Nets' payment service. After a successful transaction, the session automatically returns to our online store.
MobilePay
MobilePay is a card-based payment method finalized in the MobilePay app. After selecting MobilePay, you are directed to Nets' payment card service, where you provide your phone number. Open the MobilePay app on your phone to confirm and complete the payment. After a successful transaction, the session automatically returns to our online store. Avarda manages the payment processing for our online store.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the products you order from jesperjunior.fi. Therefore, you always have a 14-day return right. The only condition is that the product is returned in its original condition, i.e., unused, with all tags attached. Include the original packaging and labels. Follow steps 1 & 2 to return products. If you received the wrong product or have other questions about your order, contact us at asiakaspalvelu@jesperjunior.fi to expedite processing. Underwear, socks, and tights are non-returnable.

We pay the return costs for returns and complaints. However, you are financially responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us. Free returns are possible at full-service Posti and Matkahuolto service points.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are always issued via bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method.
If you purchased multiple products under a package deal (e.g., “Buy 3, Pay for 2”) and decide to return one or more items, you lose the discount. You will be charged the full price for the items you keep.
Complaints
We guarantee that the products you order are free from defects when leaving our premises. If you receive a defective product, contact customer service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. We cover the return costs for defective or incorrect products.
For complaints, we inspect the product and, in certain cases, send it to the importer for further evaluation.
